We are committed to fair trade, building just and lasting relations with the cocoa-producing communities, to whom we guarantee a fair payment for their work. We promote the conservation of biodiversity in cacaotera regions through agroforestry, as a sustainable and responsible production model. We promote the socio-economic development of the Awajún communities through education, training and employment generation in the cocoa chain. We make high quality chocolate with rigorous processes, offering an authentic experience that combines exceptional taste, natural benefits and well-being.

Community of Awajún

Peru is a country blessed by nature, its biodiversity allows us to have very valuable resources capable of being transformed into products that achieve global quality standards.

It is not only enough to know but also to protect what the land gives us, so we work hand in hand with the Awajún communities that live in the mystic forests of the Amazon. Where rivers and mountains generate the perfect ecosystem for fine native cocoa of aroma. Their most rooted tradition is to live from the earth, so they are called the Forest Guardians because through their work they manage to obtain cocoa grains that give rise to the fine chocolateries we offer in Element.

Together with them, we protect native varieties of cocoa to ensure the quality of crops, adding value to communities through agricultural and post-harvest technical training.

We make chocolate based on native Awajun cocoa, this fine aroma cocoa allows us to produce a chocolate winner of international awards. We work on the basis of formulations, protocols and processes that result in products that speak for themselves.
