Peruvian cocoa is partying, just like chocolate. Both, together and separately, have much to celebrate because every day it improves its quality and recognition within and outside our country. We listed some of the brands that stand out today, all of which are a source of pride for Peru.
The best way to celebrate the day of Peruvian cocoa and chocolate is to enjoy the tablets made by our chocolatiers, which are part of a market that grows in size and quality, where every day the benefits of our grains are more profitable. For chocolate lovers, the options range from bitter to semi-bitter, with milk, including seeds, fruits, salt or spices, to one bite of white. The important thing is to support the local producer, appreciate the good work they are doing, explore options that are emerging day by day and share with people close to us and on our social networks.
We have drawn up a list of chocolate brands that are offering very well-made tablets, which emphasize the type of cocoa, traceability, fair trade and every bite tells us about the region where it comes from. Some can be purchased in the virtual shop of the Salon del Cacao and Chocolate Peruano which will be open until December 31 and which, in many cases, is the opportunity to know what is done in the province. Others, directly on their social networks.
